Located in the heart of Seattle’s vibrant Central District, the project is a combination of studios, one bedroom apartments and furnished one bedroom apartments. Residents enjoy open floor plans with expansive floor to ceiling windows, contemporary finishes, stainless steel appliances, and laundry in every unit.

Designed by Nieman Taber Architects, the community feel of the building is nurtured with a lush common courtyard with climbing plants and integral wood accents. It also has plentiful bike and storage options, and the open air exterior corridors create space for engaging neighbors as you arrive home. The location provides residents with easy, walkable access to local hospitals, businesses, services and restaurants. The 11,726 +/- SF building was completed in fall 2020. Sienna Apartments was completed on budget with a lease-up velocity of 2.25 units per week during winter months, 29 total units in 3-months.
