BASE Capitol Hill, our latest multifamily project in Seattle’s thriving Capitol Hill neighborhood is complete. The mixed-use micro-housing development was designed by S+H Works, a firm that specializes in modern urban design. This innovative building spans 14,477 square feet and is comprised of 32 furnished micro-studio apartments and approximately 2,000 square feet of ground-level commercial space, which will house El Correo.
Built for Seattle’s urban professionals, BASE Capitol Hill provides ample common space including kitchens, onsite bike storage, laundry facilities, and a rooftop deck with views of the Seattle skyline. The project is Built Smart certified with non-toxic paints and finishes, low-flow water fixtures, LED lighting, and added insulation.
